Sofayo Sunday Adetoyese PhD, FCA, ACTI, MNIM, CRM, (CEO)
Dr Toye SOFAYO is currently a practicing chartered accountant, financial consultant and eminent scholar. He is an ex-banker, with 26 years of banking experience, spanning, July 1989 to September 2015. His wealth of experience cuts across statutory audit, forensic audit, tax consulting, financial consulting, accounting services, business development, relationship management, retail banking, commercial banking, corporate banking, credit and enterprise risk management. In the course of his banking career, he served in various leadership capacities such as, Chief Risk Officer, Head Credit Risk Management, Head Commercial Banking, Manager Corporate Banking, Business Development Manager, Head Credit Administration, Head Credit Analysis etc.
His exploits in banking and financial services are crowned with numerous landmark accomplishments such as successful management of multi-billion Naira risk asset portfolio, the design and deployment of various strategies, structures, policies and frameworks for efficient result-oriented risk management, remarkable earnings and margins growth as well as high level asset quality and sustainability. His areas of specialization cut across credit analysis, administration and control, regulatory, management and board reporting, credit risk modeling, capital budgeting, internal capital adequacy and assessment process, portfolio stress testing and sensitization, collateral management, project management and financial advisory services.
He holds various academic and professional qualifications including, BSc in Accounting, MBA with bias in Financial Management, MSc in Banking and Finance and PhD in Business Administration. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Senior Associate Risk Managers Association of Nigeria (SRMA) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). He is currently a practicing accountant, financial consultant, tax consultant and educationist.
M.B.J. Macaulay
Mr. Moses Macaulay is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from University of Ibadan. He has over 30 years of work experience with International Plastics Nig. Ltd, Iddo Plastics Ltd, Access Bank Plc, Cornerstone Investment and Securities Ltd., Olujimi Ige & Co Chartered Accountants, AMH Continuation Ltd and General Oil Ltd.
Mr Oladapo Oshosanya – Bsc hons Economics, Msc Finance, FCA (ICAN)
Mr Oshosanya qualified as a chartered accountant in November 1988 whilst under employment as an articled clerk with a prominent accounting firm, Coopers and Lybrand now PWC. After 8 years with the firm, he joined a finance institution, Meridian Bancorp Ltd as its pioneer CEO and served from 1994 to 1999. Thereafter, he joined Wema Bank Plc in year 2000 to 2010 and left as Regional Manager – Ikeja, after 10 years of meritorious service. Since then he has been involved in audit, accountancy and financial advisory services as a partner with Top Slot Consult Ltd.
Adefenwa Samuel Adenuga
Samuel graduated from Lagos State University, Ojo with Second Class Upper Division in Accounting. He also obtained a Master of Science Degree (MSc) in Management from the same university. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He worked with various companies as an Accountant including Avon Crowncaps & Containers Nigeria Plc, Sango-Otta in Ogun State. He was a partner in the firm of Afeniforo & Co Chartered Accountants and was in charge of Tax Consultancy services. He was involved in supervision of tax audit engagements in the firm, acting as Tax Monitoring Agent for both Lagos and Ogun states.
He led the teams of consultants for the defense of various clients under audit and investigation by tax authorities and before the Appeal Committee.
Sofayo Michael Olumide
Michael Olumide Sofayo is a Computer Scientist. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science with First Class Honors. He has worked in various corporate organizations including Wema Bank Plc, Lagetronix Nigeria Limited and currently Zenith Bank Plc where he works as a software engineer. He also holds Advanced Desktop Publishing certificate from Flash Computers Ltd., Lagos, Nigeria. He specializes in software engineering as a front-end software developer.
Olumide is a goal getter and prudent resource manager with great passion for quality service, total commitment to duty, self discipline and customer satisfaction. He is currently a non-executive Director of Top Slot Consult Ltd.
